You deserve to feel welcomed, safe and seen in life and to be proud of who you are and live authentically in your truth. There are physical resources, virtual ones, Minnesota based ones and religious support resources listed here. Queer Games believes that since it is the church that has caused so much harm and religious trauma to the LGBTQ community,it is also the churches responsibility to lift up the community and heal what can be healed and to highlight the amazing work that is being done by small movements within spiritual communities to create liberation for all.

The Trevor Project counselors are available via chat/call/text 24/7! And there are tons of great mental health resources available too.

Camp True Colors- a summer camp for transgender and gender-expansive youth located in Minnesota.

OutFront MN- connecting LGBTQ folks with resources, policy, and reform in Minnesota
Queer Space Collective- An LGBTQ mentoring group in the Twin Cities, and in St. Cloud
TIGERSS- a support group for trans, gender-expansive and intersex youth
Minnesota Transplant Project- A non-profit helping transgender refugees get their start and connect with resources in Minnesota.

Queer Theology if you are looking for affirming theology or are in need of a space to deconstruct theology that has harmed you or your loved ones, this is a great place to start for healing! ( if you have experienced religious trauma, this is a great place to start but also please be gentle to yourself and take your time as only you know what you can handle and what trauma religion has caused you in the past!)
